Capable of independently managing project planning, on-site execution, reporting, and post-project opportunity implementation to ensure performance improvements or management enhancements are effectively translated into EBITDA.
5. 逐步構(gòu)建數(shù)字林業(yè)管理方法論、數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)警機(jī)制，并收集外部競(jìng)品信息與行業(yè)最佳實(shí)踐。
Gradually establish a digital forestry management methodology, data early-warning mechanisms, and collect external competitor information and industry best practices.
6. 建立基于數(shù)據(jù)分析（D&A）的林業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估體系，預(yù)警潛在的重大舞弊或管理問(wèn)題。
Develop a data and analytics (D&A) based risk assessment system for forestry to warn against potential major fraud or management issues.

Graduate from a nationally recognized key university (Project 211 or 985).
2. 超過(guò)15年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，其中至少10年以上林業(yè)或數(shù)字化領(lǐng)域相關(guān)背景（必須）。
Over 15 years of work experience, including at least 10 years in forestry or digitalization backgrounds (mandatory).
3. 擁有財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)背景（包括學(xué)歷）或咨詢類工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的候選人優(yōu)先。
Candidates with a financial accounting background (including relevant degree) or consulting experience are preferred.
4. 語(yǔ)言表達(dá)及溝通能力清晰。
Clear verbal expression and communication skills.
