崗位職責(zé)Job responsibilities：

3、市場前期技術(shù)文件審核評價(jià)、技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識別和對策制定；

任職資格Qualifications：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，軌道交通信號與控制、自動控制（控制理論與工程）、計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用、通信、電子類等相關(guān)專業(yè)，熟悉國內(nèi)外鐵路信號相關(guān)知識；
Bachelor degree or above, major in rail transit Signal and Control or Automatic Control (control theory and engineering), Computer Application, Communication, Electronics, etc., familiar with domestic and foreign railway signal knowledge;
2、英語四級以上，聽、說、讀、寫流利，口語可支持日常對話；

3、工作5年及以上，2年以上鐵路信號、機(jī)電工程設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)歷，從事過工程概預(yù)算，1年以上大規(guī)模系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)歷，1年以上海外項(xiàng)目相關(guān)經(jīng)歷，1年以上科研研發(fā)工作經(jīng)歷；
More than 5 years of work experience, more than 2 years of railway signal and mechanical and electrical engineering design experience, more than 1 year of project budget, more than 1 year of large-scale system integration project management experience, more than 1 year of overseas project related experience, more than 1 year of research and development experience;
4、學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，掌握鐵路信號主要系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)條件和原理，熟悉CTCS和ETCS規(guī)范和系統(tǒng)，對鐵路信號系統(tǒng)設(shè)備、工程、造價(jià)有深入認(rèn)識，熟悉海外鐵路信號主要制式，了解國外技術(shù)發(fā)展方向、運(yùn)營組織應(yīng)用習(xí)慣、設(shè)備配置和維護(hù)管理方式，有一定的項(xiàng)目管理知識、管理學(xué)知識或經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
