崗位描述/職責(zé) : 1. 負(fù)責(zé)公司質(zhì)量管理體系及文件的管理、維護；2. 公司及部門質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)的收集、統(tǒng)計、分析；3. 處理公司內(nèi)部、外部的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量投訴、原因分析、對策及跟蹤、質(zhì)量改進；4. 公司測量裝置的計量管理與量具維護；5. 供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理；6. 完成質(zhì)量經(jīng)理交辦的其它工作任務(wù)。 Job Description/ResponsibilityBe responsible for management and maintenance for quality management system and documentation;Collection, statistics and analysis for quality data from quality dept. and companywide;Work for quality complaint cases from relative departments or customers, of root cause(s), solution(s) and follow-up, and quality improvement; Metrology management for companywide measuring tools, and maintenance;Supplier management;Other responsibilities assigned by Quality manager. 工作要求/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1. 三年以上質(zhì)量部門管理工作經(jīng)驗;2. ?？萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷，機電、機械或相關(guān)專業(yè)背景；3. 熟練應(yīng)用ISO9000、品質(zhì)管理手法，具備SAP應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗更優(yōu)；4. 能用英語與總部及其他工廠聯(lián)絡(luò)工作，能閱讀英語手冊和作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書；5. 能到其他地區(qū)或國家進行短期的出差； 6. 良好的合作和溝通能力； 根據(jù)公司需求和事先書面通服從工作的調(diào)整與培訓(xùn)。 Job RequirementWork experience in quality management for 3 years or above; College degree or above, major in major in Mechanics & Electronics, Mechanism or relative fields; Proficient in using ISO9000, quality management measures, and experience in SAP will be a plus;English as communication language to headquarter or other plants, and be able to read English manual or WI;Willingness for temporary visits to overseas or other areas;Good cooperation and communication internally and externally;Accept job position change according to company business, professional training and written notice.
