主要責任：
1. 對所有業(yè)務詢問提供客戶支持并及時答復
2. 向客戶提供專業(yè)的界面并且以友好關切的態(tài)度與客戶交流
3. 協(xié)助短期及長期的計劃規(guī)劃從而為客戶提供一流的服務
4. 在規(guī)定的時間內記錄并處理客戶的訂單
5. 按順序準確地羅列數據
6. 維護及更新部門的記錄和文檔
7. 對客戶的疑問做出回應：一般詢問，比對查詢，目錄查詢，價格查詢，貨運
8. 解答技術層面的基本問題
9. 處理發(fā)票
10. 追蹤交貨和運輸上存在的問題并且在電子數據表上記錄在案
11. 發(fā)展收集客戶反饋的系統(tǒng)
12. 通過記錄當前客戶所遇到的問題以了解客戶的需求
13. 通過培訓來提高員工對產品的熟知程度
14. 實施客戶電話輔助銷售項目
15. 與主要部門協(xié)作--生產和銷售部門，從而推動工作的上的進步
資質要求：
1. 本科學歷或以上
2. 至少三年的工作經驗，其中兩年是外企工作，具有訂單管理或客戶服務方面的經驗，汽車或發(fā)動機行業(yè)者優(yōu)先
3. 具有制造行業(yè)庫存規(guī)劃或采購規(guī)劃經驗者優(yōu)先
4. 具有國際商務經驗者優(yōu)先
5. 熟悉企業(yè)資源計劃（ERP）系統(tǒng)管理，熟悉ORACLE系統(tǒng)者優(yōu)先
6. 良好的英語口語及書面表達能力
7. 良好的商業(yè)判斷力
8. 極好的溝通能力，以客戶作為導向
9. 會操作電腦
Responsibilities
1. Provide Customer support on all enquiries and respond in timely manner
2. Provide a professional interface with out Customers and communicate a caring attitude
3. Assist in the development of long and short term planning to provide superior customer service, exceeding our Customers expectations
4. Record and process Customer orders within approved time limits
5. Accurate data entry of orders
6. Maintain & update records/files in the department
7. Respond to Customer Enquiries: General, cross reference, Catalogues assistance, Customer Pricing, Shipping.
8. Trained to technical level
9. Processing invoices
10. Follow up on deliveries, transport issues, documenting issues in spreadsheets
11. Develop systems to collect Customer feedback
12. Manage Customer concerns for recording ongoing Customer issues
13. Undertake training to products to increase knowledge of these products
14. Implement all Customer Assistance Telemarketing Projects
15. Connect with key functional areas - production and Sales to drive improvement work
Requirements
1. College degree or above
2. At least 3 working experience with minimum 2 years order management or customer service experience in foreign company, automotive or engine company is preferred
3. Working experience in inventory planning/purchasing planning field in manufacturing industry is preferred
4. Experience in international business is preferred
5. Experience in ERP system, ORACLE System is a plus
6. Good command of English in writing and speaking
7. Good business sense
8. Excellent communication skill, highly customer oriented
9. Computer literacy
